Stephen Fineman, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF is a registered representative for Prudential Financial for the past 29 years and worked 12 of those years in sales management. He currently holds the following licences, Life and health, Property and Casualty, Series 6, Series 63, Series 7 and Series 66 and has his financial services practice in East Liverpool, Ohio.
