Gail Sexton

Gail Sexton, Director of Human Resources has advanced through the ranks from packing to people! In 1990 Gail found her children mostly grown, yet she had lots of energy left, so she came to Keir as a part-time worker in the packing department. It was evident very early that Gail enjoyed people and making the job a more enjoyable experience. An active learner at Wright State University, she has brought many new ideas to the company. She has been an active member of the local SHRM organization, learning how to best deal with employment issues of the company. Outside of the office, Gail has a large extended family and she enjoys traveling with her husband.
