AIS 25 Delivering Insurance Services

You may select the AIS 25 course as a stand alone course, and receive a certificate of completion. If you specialize in customer service, this would be the course for you.

If you are interested in receiving a designation, the AIS 25 should be completed with one of the many AICPCU associate series or specified CPCU courses to create this specialized designation.

This exam is an "Exam On Request" only. It is given in a class situation or in your work environment. The exam includes 60 multiple choice questions, and you are permitted 2 hours to complete it.
