About Series 24 General Securities Principal

The Series 24 consists of 150 multiple choice questions and 3½ hours of testing time is allowed to complete the exam. The candidate must correctly answer 70% of the questions to receive a passing grade.

This is a closed book examination. Scratch paper will be provided by the proctor. Candidates will not be allowed to use their personal calculators. Testing centers will provide calculators upon request.
