What is the Keir Guarantee? Good question…. This simply means you have shown complete mastery of the entire course and we believe you are ready to sit for the national exam.
Should you pass the exam, CONGRATULATIONS! However, should you not pass, but have met the Keir guidelines; we will pay for your next sitting fee. The guarantee provides you with a safety net.
To qualify for the guarantee using Smart® Program/s Guarantee you are required to meet the following guidelines:
- Complete all topic quizzes from “Practice Results”, or step 2 on the Smart® Program/s.
- Pass all chapter exams with the required passing score.
- Pass a minimum of one mid-term exam.
- Pass 4 out of the most recent 6 final exams.
- Sit for the national exam within 14 days of receiving your LAST successful passing final exam score.
Important Note: You are required to complete all of the above criteria to qualify for the guarantee.

Series 7 Guarantee for Students Working with the CD-Rom
With the Series 7 packages you are entitled to use our on-line "Guarantee".
This online guarantee provides you with the insight to your level of
understanding of the Series 7 concepts. The guarantee works like this:

You will be provided two attempts to pass the on-line guarantee
exam with an 80% or better.

You must test with the Series 7 on-line guarantee exams
within 14 days of your scheduled national exam.
To access the program follow the steps listed below:
- Call Keir Educational Resources at 1-800-795-5347 to obtain your login information.
- Log on to our website
- At the top of our Home Page click on the “Login” link.
IMPORTANT: These are simulated exams and are timed tests. If you do not
complete or stop the test, this will be considered one of your two chances!
Your scores will automatically be sent to Keir Educational Resources. If you pass the
guarantee exam with 80% or better and within 14 days fail the national exam we will pay
for your re-sitting fees.
In the event you do not pass. You must take the following steps to receive the re-sitting fee.
- Send a copy of the receipt you were given at the testing center
- Retain a copy for your files.
