Keir Educational Resources Returns Policy

• All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Customers must contact Keir to receive authorization before making a return. Call Keir's Return Department at 1-800-795-5347, ext. 111.
• Materials must be received in their original, resalable condition. Whether the materials meet the criteria is determined by Keir's Return Department.
• Keir's materials are time sensitive. Materials which expire within the 30 day return limit are non-returnable after their expiration date.
• Keir will not accept returns on any opened software.
• Customers are credited for only the merchandise returned if they meet the above mentioned requirements. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Keir advises customers to make all returns via a traceable shipping method, such as UPS. Customers are responsible for the package prior to its arrival at Keir.
• Returned orders of 10 packages or more will require a 5% restocking charge.
• CFP® Live Class Refund Policy: If you withdraw prior to the first day of class, you will receive full tuition refund less $100 non-refundable registration fee. Keir's normal 30 day refund policy will be applied to materials from the date of shipment. No refund will be given once class starts.
• CFP® Online Class Refund Policy: A student enrolled in the online review course for the CFP® Certification Examination is entitled to a refund if:
1. The student has accessed no more than five topics, AND
2. It is within 30 days of the later of the date the student enrolled in the course or the date the program went live.
• CFP® Online Class Refund Policy: Keir Educational Resources will refund your online tuition for any reason within 15 days of purchase, or if later, within 15 days of the online course being available for access.
• Online Class Refund Policy : Series 6 & Series 7: Students enrolled in online Security Training classes are entitled to a refund if:
  1. Less than one chapter has been accessed, and/or
  2. The student has been enrolled for less than 30 days.
• Rollover Policy: There is a non-refundable $100 fee to rollover or postpone a live or online class from one exam cycle to the next.
